What Ararabook does and doesn’t do.
No fine print. Here’s exactly how it works today.
Do I need an account to look around?
No. Browsing businesses, services, prices and public profiles is completely open. You only need an account to follow a business, like or comment on posts, bookmark ideas, or request an appointment.
Can I pay through Ararabook?
No. Ararabook does not process payments, deposits or card details of any kind. You pay the business directly at the venue, exactly as you would if you had walked in.
Is my booking confirmed straight away?
No. When you pick a slot you send an appointment request. The specialist or business then confirms or rejects it, and you see the result on your appointment. Nothing is guaranteed until they accept.
What is the check-in code for?
Each confirmed appointment carries an 8-digit code. The business uses it to mark you as arrived, which also unlocks the post-visit review flow — so reviews come from people who genuinely showed up.
What kinds of business can list here?

Do I need a separate account to run a business?
No. One login covers every role. The same person can be a client at one business, a specialist at another, and the owner of a third — with owner, admin and staff permissions handled per business.
Is there a mobile app?
Not yet. Ararabook is a web app today and works on phones, tablets and desktop. There are no native iOS or Android apps.
Can I cancel an appointment?
Appointments can be cancelled, and businesses can mark no-shows. Cancellation terms are set by each business, not by Ararabook — check with them directly.
